Preparing for Your Flight
It is important to be contact with your Pilot on the evening before your scheduled flight to check on the expected weather conditions, and to confirm the exact meeting time for your flight.
Your Pilot will contact you by text the evening before your flight +61 428 858 903 between 6.30pm and 7pm.
If you expect to be out of phone contact at this time you must call our office, or your pilot, to make alternative arrangements to obtain the meeting time details.
The meeting time changes according to the time of year, and the forecast weather conditions.
Your Pilot will have already been in contact with the Bureau of Meteorology to obtain the latest forecast and the expected morning temperature.
On some occasions, if the weather forecast is uncertain, your Pilot may ask you to call back in the early hours of the morning for a last minute weather update. This can be inconvenient, but could save you a wasted trip if the weather has deteriorated.
Please allow sufficient time to arrive at your meeting point by the nominated meeting time. We suggest that you check your Melways, or GPS for directions and travel times from your particular location on the evening before your flight.
It is extremely important that you do arrive on time. Weather conditions may prevent us from waiting for latecomers.
If you miss your flight due to being late you will forfeit your ticket.
